The ADP® HE Series cased evaporator coil is a high-efficiency upgrade designed for modern systems using A2L refrigerants, including R-454B. Its versatile multi-position design allows for upflow, downflow, or horizontal configurations, providing maximum installation flexibility for both new construction and replacement applications. This 3.0-ton coil features durable copper tubing and is housed in a cabinet engineered for easy access and service. The design incorporates features focused on reliability and performance, including a high-temperature engineered polymer drain pan and dual condensate drains to ensure effective water management.

  • Advanced Drain Pan: Features a patented HydroTEC™ low-water-retention design with a Microban® antimicrobial additive to inhibit mold and mildew growth.
  • Insulated Cabinet: The cabinet is fully lined with 5/8" foil-faced insulation and features interlocking doors, lab-tested for 1% or less air leakage.
  • Service-Friendly Design: Built with non-captive refrigerant lines, long stubs, and a four-screw access panel for faster, easier installation and service.
  • Durable Construction: Built with copper refrigerant connections, a copper distributor tube assembly, and corrosion-resistant header plates for long-term reliability.
  • Internal TXV: The thermal expansion valve is mounted inside the cabinet with a clamped bulb to prevent external sweating and ensure accurate temperature sensing.
